These Terms of Service govern your use of AllVia-AI's services, including our AI receptionist, website build packages, and business growth consultancy. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Plain English summary: We provide AI and web services, you pay us as agreed, we both behave professionally, and either of us can end the relationship with proper notice after the minimum term. These terms protect both sides fairly.
AllVia-AI is a UK-based AI automation and digital agency. References to "AllVia-AI", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to the AllVia-AI business and its representatives.

AllVia-AI provides the following services:
All AI receptionist packages include a one-off setup fee starting from £99. The exact setup fee will be confirmed before you commit, and varies based on the complexity of your configuration. Per-minute usage charges apply and will be disclosed during the demo process.
AllVia-AI provides informational and service business websites. We do not build e-commerce websites involving stock management, payment gateways for product purchases, or order processing systems.
The specific scope of each engagement will be agreed in writing before work begins.
A minimum term of 3 months applies to all AI receptionist packages from the date the service goes live. After the minimum term, you may cancel by providing 30 days written notice to hello@allvia-ai.com.
Cancellation during the minimum term will result in the remaining balance of the minimum term becoming immediately payable.
A minimum term of 3 months applies to the Website Care Plan. After the minimum term, you may cancel by providing 30 days written notice.
Website build fees are one-off payments. There is no ongoing commitment unless you also take the Website Care Plan. If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, fees for work completed to that point will be payable.
We reserve the right to terminate services with 30 days notice. In cases of non-payment, abusive conduct, or breach of these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.
Monthly recurring fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. One-off fees such as setup fees and website build fees are invoiced upon agreement and are due before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate where required.
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
Delays caused by your failure to provide required information or approvals may result in delayed delivery. AllVia-AI will not be liable for delays attributable to the client.
Any content, images, logos, or materials you provide to AllVia-AI remain your property. You grant us a licence to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your services.
Upon full payment of all fees due, AllVia-AI assigns to you full ownership of the website files, content, and design created specifically for your project. You are free to use, modify, and host those files as you wish.
Proprietary tools, AI configurations, prompt systems, templates, and internal frameworks developed by AllVia-AI remain the property of AllVia-AI and are not transferred to the client.
AllVia-AI reserves the right to include a discreet "Website by AllVia-AI" credit with a link to allvia-ai.com in the footer of websites we build. This credit may be removed upon written request after full payment has been received.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information, pricing, strategies, or proprietary processes shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years following the end of the engagement.
This clause does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
AllVia-AI's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AllVia-AI in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We aim to maintain a high level of service availability for all AI receptionist clients. However, service availability depends in part on third-party infrastructure providers including Retell AI, Twilio, and ElevenLabs. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platform outages.
Planned maintenance will be communicated to clients in advance where possible.
AllVia-AI warrants that:
We do not warrant that our services will result in any specific business outcome, revenue increase, or number of leads generated. Results depend on factors outside our control including your industry, location, competition, and follow-up processes.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it informally by contacting hello@allvia-ai.com in the first instance. We aim to respond to and address any concerns within 10 working days.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of significant changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
