For more complex builds such as dental practices with multiple integrations, the setup fee will be higher and agreed before you commit. Everything is confirmed transparently during your demo.

Yes, there is a small per-minute usage charge on top of the monthly retainer to cover the AI platform and telephony costs. This is usage-based and varies depending on how many calls your business receives. For most small to medium service businesses the usage cost is modest. We will always discuss this clearly during your demo so there are no surprises on your first invoice.
